How do we close the gap between smart contracts (dapps) and traditional financial system? Smart contracts are not legal persons and banks can’t provide them IBAN accounts. Banks are single points of failure and smart contracts can’t rely on them as such. Paperclip solves these issues by using economic incentives and legal flexibility of ordinary businesses.
